: Female Customer Service Agent
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Female Customer Service Agent to join our team at a leading online travel company. In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Communicating with travel agents to assist them with inquiries about our platform
• Providing detailed information about our services and addressing their questions
• Guiding agents through the registration process and ensuring a smooth on boarding experience
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and updates in our system
• Delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service (experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required)
