• Handling customer concerns and complaints on time.
• Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
• Analyzing and reporting customer data to devise new strategies or update the existing ones.
• Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.
• Handling all Voice and Non-Voice Processes in BPOs & Call centers.
• Candidate should have experience in any call centers specifically Voice process at least 1 year experience.
