Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)
Experience Required: 1-2 years in freight forwarding as CSE
Location: Maradu, Kochi
Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (CSE) with a strong background in freight forwarding to join our team in Maradu, Kochi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries, generate quotations, and liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
o Handling Enquirie s: Address and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
o Generating Quotatio ns: Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
o Liaising with Stakeholders: Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, and transporters to obtain competitive rates.
o Customer Coordination: Work closely with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
o Booking Management: Generate and manage bookings efficiently.
o Job Completion: Collaborate with coordinators to ensure the successful completion of assigned jobs.

Key Requirements:
o Experience:
o 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding as a Customer Service Executive.
o Note: Candidates with shipping line experience are not preferred.

o Skills:
o Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
o Proficient in managing multiple tasks and coordinating with stakeholders.

o Availability: Must be willing to handle last-minute customs clearance requirements outside office hours, including holidays and weekends.

o Problem-Solving: Ability to manage urgent situations such as night-time coordination with transporters during container pick-ups at the port (on rare occasions).

Work Environment: This role demands flexibility, responsiveness, and a customer-first attitude. The candidate must be proactive and ready to accommodate off-hour requests when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
