: We are seeking a proactive and communicative individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from potential customers, effectively converting inquiries into clients. Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is essential for this role, with a particular emphasis on Hindi communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Communicate effectively in English, Tamil, and Hindi to ensure clear understanding and engagement.
Utilize good English writing skills to correspond with customers via email.
Demonstrate proficiency in using the internet, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Tally software.
Leverage digital marketing knowledge to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
Prioritize and manage customer inquiries efficiently to meet targets and deadlines.
Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
Utilize previous experience in the printing or advertising industry to provide insights and solutions.
Requirements:
Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi (written and spoken).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Proficiency in internet usage, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Tally software.
Previous experience in digital marketing is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the printing or advertising industry is preferred.
Ability to work full-time and meet job commitments.
Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
