Urgent Requirement Customer Service Chat Support Executive Non Voice Process Shift - Rotational Night Shifts and 5 Days working Fresher & Experience both can apply Key Responsibilities:

  • Chat and Email coordination with customers
  • Effective communication via mail/chat
  • Assist digital team with online campaigns.
  • Protecting brand image and reputation in the market.
  • Provide real-time support
  • Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
  • Good communication (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Maintain accurate records
