Job Title: Customer Service Executive (BPO Sector)Location:- Navi Mumbai, East Zone, 400071.
Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM / 11 AM to 8 PM
Transportation: Bus facilities available for pick-up and drop-off from the nearest stationSalary:

  • Hindi Speakers: \xe2\x82\xb910,000 to \xe2\x82\xb914,000 take-home (No PF)
  • Other Regional Languages: Up to \xe2\x82\xb920,000 take-home
Number of Openings: 300+Languages Required:
  • Mandatory: Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam
  • Preferred: English, Marathi, and other regional languages
About the Role:We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam to join our dynamic team in the BPO sector. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. Your effective communication skills will be crucial in assisting our diverse customer base in a fast-paced call center environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients in Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining professionalism in every interaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer service database to ensure accurate records and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment, is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in handling customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or communication are a plus.
  • Experience working in a multicultural BPO setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
