Green Surfer Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and versatile Customer Sales Executive to manage LED lighting sales and backoffice administration tasks. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and supporting administrative functions. Responsibilities: 1. LED Lighting Sales:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable LED lighting solutions to meet their needs.
• Actively pursue sales leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

2. Backoffice Administration:

• Assist in processing sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer databases and records.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks when needed.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administration, preferably in the LED lighting industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of LED lighting products, technologies, and applications is desirable.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
