• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist in check-ins/check-outs, ticketing, and reservations.
• Address inquiries and provide information about services, local attractions, and transportation.
• Customer Assistance:
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.
• Provide seamless assistance with luggage, room services, and airport-related queries.
• Support with boarding processes, if working at the airport.
• Coordination:
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Prepare daily activity reports.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
