This role involves ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, managing documentation, and coordinating with customs agents, shipping lines, and other stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across borders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in international business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in import and export operations, preferably in the logistics industry.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle shipping and customs-related issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics software.

• Prepare and submit necessary import and export documentation, including customs clearance paperwork.
• Coordinate with customs agents, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and delivery information.
• Handle and resolve any issues or delays in shipment, customs clearance, or transportation.
• Stay updated with changes in import and export regulations and communicate updates to relevant teams.
