: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Executive to join our team. The Service Executive will play a critical role in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Arham Technologies equipment and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our technology, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Provide prompt and accurate information to address customer concerns, questions, or issues. Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Identify and troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions. Follow company guidelines and procedures to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the timely resolution of complex problems. Maintain a deep understanding of the company\'s products and services to assist customers effectively. Stay up-to-date on product updates, features, and specifications. Educate customers on product usage, features, and benefits. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Schedule:
