Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Service Coordinator to join our team, focusing on Telecom, CCTV, and Security Products. The ideal candidate will manage service operations, coordinate technical support, and ensure client satisfaction by maintaining efficient and effective service delivery.

• Service Management: Oversee and manage the scheduling, coordination, and execution of service tasks for telecom, CCTV, and security systems.
• Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, providing support, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Technical Coordination: Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery, including installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Inventory Control: Maintain and monitor inventory levels of service-related equipment and parts, ensuring availability for service calls.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed records of service activities, customer interactions, and technical reports.
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all services are performed in compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of service-related projects, ensuring milestones are met within budget and timeframe.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of equipment and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Training and Development: Provide training and support to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
• Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
