- Attending Customer Complaints (Call, Email, WhatsApp)
- Arranging Engineer to attend the complaint (Phone or Site Visit)
- Giving Estimate
- Follow up
- Managing AMC Contracts
Candidate should have knowledge of Excel, Tally, Mail Correspondence in Outlook and English Communication.
