:
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Service Call Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for scheduling, dispatching, and tracking service calls. Your efficiency and attention to detail will help ensure seamless service operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and prioritize incoming service requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on urgency, location, and expertise.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of service calls and follow-ups in our system.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and the management team to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Generate and distribute service-related reports as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks and provide general support to the service team.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of IT Products is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Language : English / Hindi
• Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in any stream
