  • Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media,
  • And ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
RequirementsCandidate should have :
  • Good Communication skills, take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
  • Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally flexible to work in shifts.
  • Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good technical knowledge
