LOCATION - DELHI/NOIDA
Role & Responsibilities - To provide customer support through voice calls pertaining to Dreams 11 platform query & complaints
Highest Education - Graduate (In Any stream)
Prior Exp - 6 months & above
Shifts - For Male - 24•7 for Females - 6 am to 8 pm (Any 9 hours window) - No transport during odd hours shifts
WOFF - 1 WO in a week - Rotational Basis (No Fixed Offs)
Comms Skills - Candidates should have excellent command over English language
CTC - 28K Per month
Levels of Interviews - HR Round, Ops Round, Client Round & PMaps Assessments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?28,000.00 per month
