We provide services such as individual tax filing, business tax filing, new business setup, payroll tax, and bookkeeping support to our clients. Role Description:

We are currently looking to hire enthusiastic freshers for the position of Tele Callers with US Taxation experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the tax consulting or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift
