Job Overview:
As a Domestic Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a High School Certificate (HSC) and up to 6 months of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries in a timely and effective manner.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure high-quality customer service and meet performance targets.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and feedback reviews to enhance personal skills and contribute to team development.
Qualifications:
• Education: Recent graduates or candidates with a High School Certificate (HSC) are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Up to 6 months of experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems is a plus.
