Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Manage and analyze customer data to enhance engagement and retention. Implement CRM strategies to drive customer loyalty and increase sales. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and support) to improve customer experience. Track and report key customer metrics, feedback, and interactions. Ensure timely follow-ups and address client concerns proactively. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Proven experience in customer relationship associate or management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Ability to analyze customer data and generate insights. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
