Track and report key customer metrics, feedback, and interactions.
Ensure timely follow-ups and address client concerns proactively.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in customer relationship associate or management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Ability to analyze customer data and generate insights.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
