We are seeking experienced and motivated

Sr.Customer Service Associate

to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for international customers, handling queries related to Hotel booking queries and complains. This is a

pure voice process

, where you will be expected to provide exceptional customer support through clear communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound customer queries related to Hotel booking queries and complains (e.g., booking, service issues, escalation, technical support). Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and ensure customer satisfaction. Update customer information and case details in the system accurately. Meet performance metrics and KPIs for call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction. Maintain company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.

Eligibility Criteria:



Education:

HSC (12th Grade) or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Minimum

0-1 years

of experience mandate from

International BPOs

or

Domestic Bpo's

.

Documentation:

All previous employment documents must be available and in order (e.g., experience letters, offer letters, and payslips). No exceptions will be made in this regard.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet. Ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally. Proficient in using basic computer systems, Good typing speed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.

Preferred Qualities:



Proven track record in customer service within the any service industry (preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations. Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals. Team player who can collaborate effectively in a high-energy environment.
