Job Title: Customer Success Associate (L1)

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries with excellent service.
Requirements:
• Graduates with strong communication skills in English (no MTI/RTI).
• Open to freshmen and experienced candidates (insurance/sales background preferred).
Salary: ?28,500 - ?40,000 CTC
Shift: rotational (females: day shift until 9 PM).
Selection Process: HR, Versant Test, Written Test, Ops & Client Rounds.
