1. Provide an exceptional experience to the customers.
2. Provide technical support to Parents and Teachers.
3. Provide chat, Email and call support to our customers.
4. Handle escalation tickets.
5. Schedule, reschedule, and manage student classes.
6. Be a relationship expert and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Required skills:
1. Computer/IT background (Not mandatory)
2. Fluent in English communication skills
3. Available to work from the Office.
