Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
