WORK FROM HOME Amazon voice process Designation: Customer service associate (Providing voice-based customer support to help customers with order tracking, product information, returns, account management, payments, technical problems, delivery inquiries, feedback gathering, and policy explanations to North America customers) Communication Skills required: Exceptional English proficiency with no grammatical errors. Work shifts schedule: 24/7 Rotational shifts. 9.5 hours shift. 5.5 day working. System requirement-WFH. - Broadband Speed: Own connection with min 100 Mbps. - Candidates need to be within the transport boundary for desktop systems pick up & technical issues Incase any, to Indore company address. Rounds of interviews: 1. HR round 2. Typing: 20 WPM - 90% acc. 3. Language Assessment (0 and 1) 4. ST (Situational Judgement) 5. Ops round. minimum 1 year of experience required
