We are seeking a proactive and communicative

Customer Support Associate

who will serve as a key point of contact for our learners, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and enriching experience from enrollment to completion.

Key Responsibilities



Verification & Onboarding:

Conduct verification calls to confirm and validate student enrollment details.

Feedback Management:

Reach out to students to collect feedback and identify areas for service improvement.

Query Resolution:

Respond promptly and professionally to student queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Documentation Support:

Draft and issue official documents such as offer letters, Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and certificates.

Inbound Sales Assistance:

Handle incoming inquiries, explain course details, and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage; however, candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are welcome.

Training & Growth



This role includes a

3-month training period

, during which your performance will be closely monitored and supported. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a full-time role with increased compensation and added benefits.
