• Assist customers with product or service-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline. (Mandatory)
