Desired Candidate profile:

• Able to attend both inbound and outbound customer services calls and emails.
• Conduct online meetings and first level training with client.
• Sales Assistance.
• Admin related work.
• Daily Reporting and data management.
• Fluent English is mandatory becasue need to communicate with Australian client over the call and mail.
• Neutral Accent in English.
• minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support Services.
• Ready to work on dedicated projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
