Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Problem Solving:
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
• Follow up to ensure resolution.
Order Management:
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management.
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
• Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.
Administrative Duties:
• Update customer accounts and information as necessary.
• Generate reports and analyze customer service metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
