Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets

Requirements:

- 12th pass

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously

- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly

Desirable:

- Graduation degree

- 12th Pass out freshers anyone
