• Assist in processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner using our order management system
• Collaborate with sales, Supply Chain, and shipping teams to track and fulfill orders
• Help maintain accurate order records and documentation.
• Respond to inquiries from customers regarding order status, delivery, and returns
• Contribute to the development of order management processes and best practices.
• Promote E-commerce journey & ensuring functional KPIs are met.
• Initiate process improvement Idea

Requirements:

• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Good command over MS Excel and Word
• Good analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
• Should have good understanding of End to End Supply Chain Management
• Understanding of SAP & Salesforce would be preferred.

Education Qualification

• B.com/BBA International Business/Foreign Trade graduates 2024/2023 only.
