Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our hospitality firm. The ideal candidate will handle guest interactions via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for premium guest experiences across Pan India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Interaction:
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across multiple communication channels.
• Provide detailed information about the firm's services, policies, and offerings.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Maintain a hospitable and customer-centric approach in every interaction.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved concerns as necessary.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Utilize CRM software to manage guest details, interactions, and feedback.
• Generate and maintain reports using Excel and other tools as required.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Coordinate with internal teams to address guest requests and ensure smooth communication.
• Proactively follow up with guests to ensure a seamless experience.
• Flexibility and Adaptability:
• Work in shifts to cater to guest requirements.
• Adapt to evolving job requirements, including transitioning from a work-from-home setup to an office environment.
• Communication Skills:
• Exhibit strong command over Hindi and English to cater to a diverse, Pan India clientele.
• Handle conversations with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and internet-based tools for reporting and communication.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Internet-savvy with the ability to leverage digital tools for efficient guest management.
