We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team at UPTURN UNITED CONSULTANCY PVT LTD. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and sensitivity to client needs.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking legal assistance or information
• Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Schedule appointments and consultations for clients with attorneys
• Provide information about legal services offered by the firm and assist clients in understanding legal processes
• Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information in the firm's CRM system
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to resolve client issues and ensure seamless client service
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided
• Handle billing inquiries and assist clients with payment processing when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards of the legal profession
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Client Service Representative, or similar role
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to empathize with clients and demonstrate sensitivity to their legal concerns
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High school diploma required; additional education or certification in customer service or legal studies is a plus
