Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.
Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and order updates.
Provide customers with quotes, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
