We are currently hiring for the position of
Customer Support Executive
specializing in voice communication. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling voice customer support roles, demonstrating effective communication skills and the ability to manage high call volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions effectively.
Maintain a call volume of up to
80 calls per day
, ensuring high-quality interactions.
Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as necessary.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in customer support.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a voice customer support role is essential.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Proven track record of managing high call volumes efficiently.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Shift Details:
Shift Timing:
1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Work Schedule:
5 weekdays with alternative Saturdays.
