Job Title: Customer Service Representative( Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Interaction: Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and issues efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Data Management: Utilize Google Sheets to maintain and update customer records and generate reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and service levels are maintained.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in HR, Aviation, or Hospitality industries.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets and the entire Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Forms, etc.).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Salary : 21,000-26,000 per month
