Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers who have a good command of English and basic knowledge of Excel and computers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication:

- Handle email correspondence and phone calls in a professional manner.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Provide timely updates and reports to supervisors.

2. WhatsApp Communication:

- Send messages and updates via WhatsApp as required.

- Monitor and respond to WhatsApp queries promptly and professionally.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports as required.

- Help with organizing and storing documents efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum 12th pass.

- Skills: Good command of English, both written and spoken.

- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with social media platforms.

- Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
