We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with prompt and professional assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.Direct unresolved issues and feedback to the appropriate department.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.Provide accurate information on products or services.Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Requirements:Proven experience as a Customer Support Executive or a similar customer service role.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
