Job Title: Customer Follow-Up Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct follow-up calls to current customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Provide updates on ongoing services or products and clarify customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Identify potential upsell opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience during all interactions.
Qualifications and Skills :
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a polite, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using basic computer tools, including MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati is an advantage.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
