Role & responsibilities
1. Handle Inbound Calls
Answer incoming customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone in a timely and professional manner.
2.Customer Assistance
Provide accurate and complete information by using the right tools and resources to help resolve issues effectively.
3. Issue Resolution
Investigate and resolve customer problems related to products, services, and billing. Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when needed.
4. Documentation
Accurately document all interactions with customers in the company's CRM or ticketing system.
5. Provide Product/Service Information
Offer guidance on product/service usage and explain company policies to customers.
6. Adherence to Policies
Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines to ensure service consistency and quality.
Required Skills:
7. Excellent Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication to interact with customers clearly and empathetically.
8. Maintain Customer Satisfaction
Ensure each interaction enhances the customer's experience by maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
