Key Responsibilities:



Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, or social media channels. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction. Assist customers with product or service-related questions, concerns, and technical issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management when necessary. Track customer issues and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
