• Engage with customers via live chat, offering real-time assistance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to optimize the customer service process.
