Job Description


DUTIES & RESPONSBILITY: Your duties shall comprise of interaction with customers on phone, emails, chats and other mode of communication. Create sales leads by persuading customers with right product knowledge. Assist Online Sales Team with ordering, receiving, packing, courier and tracking of the shipment. Coordinate with Online Sales Team, managers, seniors, timely appraising them with the customer issues, problems and appreciations etc. Follow up any issue that are not resolved with Works within deadlines and to escalate complaints to higher level if not resolved timely. To render after sales services and satisfy customer queries with correct product application, its use and maintain complaint redressal system. To Record customers interaction on our products and suggestions if any. To attend to such other work as may be specially assigned to you. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 922,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
