Job Description

A Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for assisting customers by providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Below are the typical details associated with the role:

Responsibilities

1. Customer Support

Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, chats, or in-person interactions.

Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies.

Assist in resolving complaints and finding appropriate solutions.

2. Problem Solving

Identify customer needs and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Escalate complex problems to higher management or technical teams when necessary.

3. Sales Assistance (if applicable)

Recommend products or services that meet customer needs.

Upsell or cross-sell where possible.

4. Documentation

Record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in a database.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer records.

5. Feedback Collection

Gather customer feedback to improve services and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?32,622.58 per month

Schedule:

Experience:
