Escalate complex problems to higher management or technical teams when necessary.
3. Sales Assistance (if applicable)
Recommend products or services that meet customer needs.
Upsell or cross-sell where possible.
4. Documentation
Record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in a database.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer records.
5. Feedback Collection
