Responsibilities:
Customer Service (60%):
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product/service information and support
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Administrative Sales Tasks (40%):
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Handle correspondence, mailings, and email management
- Provide administrative support to the team (scheduling, reporting, etc.)
- Order supplies, manage inventory, and maintain office organization
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle Retail Sales
