•Roles & Responsibilities: •
• Handle Calls: Manage outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Customer Inquiries:Handle Vi Process ( MNP)
• Information Provision: Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and finding optimal solutions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Record Keeping: Record and update customer information in the database.
• Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team targets and performance metrics.
• Procedural Adherence: Follow call center procedures, scripts, and guidelines for consistent service.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge and changes in company policies.
•Qualifications: •
• Education: 10th / 11th / 12th Pass / Graduate; Freshers welcome.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, and Sindhi.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Environment Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professionalism: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
