Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer service Advisor role, preferably with Automobile Industry
• Preparing Job cards with good technical knowledge.
• Explaining complex vehicle issues to customers in understandable terms
• Providing cost estimates and timelines for repairs or maintenance
• Suggesting products and services to customers
• Ensuring the quality of service meets the center's standards
• Communicating with customers about vehicle problems, insurance, and warranties
