Customer Service Adviser
Job Description
We are looking for a service advisor for a dealership who meets the following criteria:
• 5 years relevant work experience
• a team leader who works well with technicians, helpers and customers smoothly
• can get customers to listen and follow their advise
• is able to recognise additional jobs in a vehicle other than what they've complains about
• maintains regular contact with reporting manager and client to ensure they stay up to date with all happenings
• is responsible for helping the company achieve higher labor revenues
• understands system processes and is comfortable working with DBM software
• follows OEM processes thoroughly without skipping any steps
• ensures standard operating procedures are followed by everyone in their team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
