Customer Satisfaction Executive - B2B Sales

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our B2B sales team as a Customer Satisfaction Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our B2B clients have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. Your primary objective will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
2) Customer Support and Issue Resolution:
Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and to the client's satisfaction.
3) Onboarding and Training:
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition and are fully informed about our products and services.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to help clients maximize the value of our solutions.
4) Feedback Collection and Analysis:
Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our products and services.
Analyze feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction.
5) Retention and Upselling:
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Implement strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn rates.
6) Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics and present findings to management.
