Responsibilities:
• Sales Outreach : Identify and target potential UK clients for database management services, generating new business opportunities.
• Client Engagement : Initiate contact with decision-makers, understand their database management needs, and effectively present Magnum Technologies' solutions.
• Sales Pitch & Presentations : Develop customized sales pitches and presentations based on client needs and challenges.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
• Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align on customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the database management, or Ed-tech sector domain. FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY
• Most preference to north Indians
• Strong understanding of UK market dynamics, with prior experience working with UK clients is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner. British accent is mandatory
• Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales, with a passion for customer success.
