Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic

Sales Representative

to handle inbound and outbound calls, manage client relationships, and convert leads from

Indiamart

and other sources into long-term customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing accurate product details and pricing. Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring a smooth sales experience. Follow up on leads from

Indiamart

, company website, and social media platforms to convert prospects into customers. Maintain a well-organized database of leads and customer interactions using CRM software or spreadsheets. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Understand client requirements and provide customized product solutions. Work on achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep up-to-date with Green Lyf's product range and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

sales, telemarketing, or customer service

(preferably in B2B sales). Strong

verbal and written communication

skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). Familiarity with

Indiamart lead management

is a big advantage. Ability to

negotiate and close deals effectively

. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets. Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset. Interest in eco-friendly and sustainable products is a plus.

Pay: ?11,524.40 - ?27,838.79 per month
