Customer Sales Representative
Job Description
Sales Customer Representative's main responsibilities include- 1. Engaging Customers: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide product information. 2. Generating Sales: Pursue sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and close deals. 3. Maintaining Product Knowledge: Know the products or services thoroughly to explain features and benefits. 4. Managing Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. 5. Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales goals set by the company. 6. Processing Orders: Handle customer orders accurately and coordinate with other departments for delivery. 7. Providing After-Sales Support: Assist customers post-purchase, handle issues, and ensure satisfaction.
